Health Coverages for 2026
The PEB Board authorized the following monthly premiums for 2026. Complete Medicare retiree premiums will be available by October 3 on our website. If you would like to see if the premiums are different from your current premiums, see 2025 premiums.

Topics on PEBB Benefit Changes for 2026 include:
- Longer than usual processing times for Medicare enrollment, and how to ensure coverage if your enrollment has been affected by delays at Social Security.
- Annual open enrollment dates: October 27 - November 24, 2025.
- Changes to all PEBB Medical Plans, including Part D coverage, deductibles, health savings accounts for non-Medicare members.
